My name is David W. Roscoe.
I am a long time libertarian activist, much of that in the LPMA (Libertarian Party of Massachusetts), where I am presently Membership Secretary, aka database manager.
I had been suggesting the use of Wiki web pages for local libertarian activism for many months. People suggested that I set it up myself. That became much easier when I discovered LibertarianWiki.org on 2004/06/27. On it, I created the first versions of the LPMA and LPMA Waltham pages.
I did not create a my DWRoscoe user account on LibertarianWiki.org until 3 days later, 2004/06/30. So the changes that I made on those first few days are labelled (151.203.108.178) or (151.203.36.45) instead of (DWRoscoe).
