Regional Realignment
From Libertarian Wiki
During the 90 days preceding each regular convention of the Libertarian Party, the state affiliate parties enter into agreements creating regions each of which must have at least 10% of the national party membership. Each region selects one member and one alternate to the Libertarian National Committee.
Here is a place for state chairs to enter information about formation of regions so that other state chairs will have a better idea of which states are available.
Already agreed for 2004 to 2006:
- California, Hawaii, and Oregon (double size region);
- Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah;
- Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin;
- Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio;
- North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia (partial region so far);
