Many libertarians across Massachusetts believe that we need more libertarian political activity in Massachusetts. Leading libertarians across Massachusetts agree. It is time to make progress toward liberty. It is time for "Liberty for Massachusetts". Liberty for Massachusetts is a new activist organization. It is not at this time a political party or party designation.

Liberty for Massachusetts, with the coordination and support of its central Mutual Aid Committee, its Facilitators and Officers, seeks to build libertarian progress in Massachusetts.

For a more extensive introduction, consider Introduction to Liberty for Massachusetts.

For the Bylaws of the Organization, as finally adopted, please read Draft By-Laws for Liberty for Massachusetts.

Liberty for Massachusetts is currently being run by its Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee has members and has already elected some temporary officers.

We have local and regional affiliates LfM Local Affiliates.

The Liberty for Massachusetts Organizing Committee met in early 2005 and completed a final editing pass on the LfM By-Laws. The active libertarian regional organizations -- Pioneer Valley Libertarian Association, Worcester County Libertarian Association, Cambridge Libertarian Club -- across Massachusetts have all endorsed the LfM By-Laws and have agreed to affiliate with LfM.
